Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original product packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
